Rider Tips
- Arrange for and confirm transportation
before scheduling appointments,
employment, or activities.
- Flemington Shuffle Service does not
require prior scheduling for pick up
points and times designated on timetable.
Only first time riders are asked to call Central Dispatch,
1-800-842- 0531, so that driver may be alerted to look
for new passenger at designated stop and time. For
pick up location up to 1/2 mile off of designated route,
call Central Dispatch to arrange travel,1-800-842- 0531.

- To schedule travel on Cross County Service, call LINK Central Dispatch at1-800-842- 0531, Monday-Friday,
8:30am-4:30pm, at least one hour in advance of
desired travel time. If possible, passengers are
encouraged to call the day before travel is needed.
- For travel needed between 7:00am and 9:00am, using
the Cross County Service, please contact Central
Dispatch by 4:00pm the day before trip is needed.
Dispatcher will give you an approximate pick up time.
- Be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up
time. Drivers will only wait for 5 minutes after
scheduled pick up time.
- Allow up to 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up
time.
- All times are approximate.
- To check the status of a delayed bus, call 1-800-842-
0531 M—F 8:30am-4:30pm. After 5:30pm, call the
Hunterdon Helpline office, 1-800-272-4630.

Passenger Conduct
The Driver is in charge at all times. Foul language
and/or behavior that is disruptive to the driver or
other passengers will not be tolerated. Anyone
appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or
controlled dangerous substances will not be
transported. Smoking is not permitted aboard
vehicles, nor is open food or beverage. Seat belts
should be worn at all times. Grocery bags are
limited to 5 per person. Tipping of drivers is not
permitted. Passengers who are unable to observe
these courtesies are subject to immediate removal
from the vehicle and/or loss of future service.
